Elder Arthur Joseph:
Bro. Arthur Joseph serves as an Elder and Minister at the Hilltop congregation. Baptized and excited to teach and preach the Word of God, Bro. Joseph served faithfully for years at the 25th Street church of Christ in Oakland, where he was taught by Bro. Lee Henderson. Bro. Joseph has been at the Hilltop congregation for nearly a decade and serves in many roles, including teacher, preacher, janitor, groundskeeper and encourager of the sick and shut-in. Bro. Joseph is married to his wife of many years, Sis. Susan Joseph and they both continue to work hard in the kingdom of the Lord.
Elder and Minister Nathan E. Rapp:
Bro. Nathan Rapp serves as an Elder and Minister at the Hilltop congregation. He was introduced to the church by his wife in 1998 and baptized. He was taught by late Elder Kay H. Daniels, Sr. and Elder Donald G. Thomas. In recent years, he has benefitted from the teaching of Bro. Carl Brinkley. Bro. Rapp has served in numerous roles for the cause of Christ, including Bible class teacher, preacher, youth minister, finance director, communications director, marketing director, community liaison and whatever additional work is needed in the vineyard. Bro. Rapp has been married to his lovely wife, Kimberly, for 21 years and they have 2 children. He enjoys working out, video games and sports.
Late Sr. Minister and Elder Donald Thomas:
Brother Donald G. Thomas was baptized into Christ in 1973 under the teachings of the late Brother Kay H. Daniels, Sr. and the late Brother F.F. Carson. Donald Attended the Bay Area School of preaching where the late Brother Chuck Ferguson served as Director. Donald labored faithfully in God’s kingdom for more than 46 years. During this time, he proclaimed the gospel on radio, taught bible classes, provided leadership for youth enrichment and fellowship activities, supported outreach efforts to the community and served as a consultant for the congregation’s finance committee.

Brother Donny Hogan
Sister Katrina Thomas-Dycus
Brother Donny Hogan:
Bro. Donny Hogan is a native of Richmond CA. He graduated from El Cerrito High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sterling College. He will continue his education in public administration towards a master’s degree in the upcoming year. He works for PG&E in electric operations as an Electric line assistant. He is married to his best friend, Sis. Patrice Hogan, and they have a son, Donny Hogan III. Bro. Donny was baptized into Christ in 2015 at Civic Center Church of Christ in Richmond,CA. He currently serves a youth minister, preacher and teacher of the gospel. Bro. Donny is passionate about sharing the Word of God and is thankful for his church family at Hilltop.
Sis. Katrina Thomas-Dycus considers one of her greatest blessings to have been, from birth, surrounded by spiritually sound Bible teachers who selflessly and steadfastly nurtured her to know and love God. Katrina was baptized at the age of 13 and has been a member of the Hilltop Church of Christ for more than 27 years. Katrina has been active in teaching youth bible class and a wide variety of support and outreach ministries. Katrina considers it a sincere privilege to teach lower elementary Sunday Bible study students. Katrina and her husband Bayley have been married for 15 years and they are blessed with one child. Katrina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with additional degrees in Education and Human Development. She is a licensed and practicing attorney.
