Giving is a part of worship that comes from having a cheerful heart and is manifested in weekly action. As is stated in 2 Corinthians 6:9, “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. He who soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposely in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God liveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound towards you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: His righteousness remains for ever).” 2 Corinthians 9:6-9
